Returns & Exchanges

At ODs Designer Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill out the details regarding which items you are returning and the reason for the return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original designer packaging and secure them in a sturdy mailing bag or box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix your return label and drop the parcel off at your local post office or designated courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
